Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date.

Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and include your order details to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Send and Refund
Post your parcel to our Burwood East warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
